Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you store credit or an exchange.
Due to personal hygiene & health and safety reasons we must follow a strict procedure regarding all returns/refunds. To be eligible for a return/refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the security seal intact. We only accept returns/store credit for FAULTY products. Otherwise you can exchange up to 7 days from date of purchase.
To complete your return we will require proof of purchase for example your order number or full name on the order.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be granted store credit.
Store credit /Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund/store credit will be processed.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If for any reason the item you would like to exchange for is not in stock you will automatically be offered a refund or exchange to a different product. The item/s will need to be returned and postage covered by the customer and once inspected if the item is indeed deemed defective the returns postage cost will be refunded to you using the original card payment method for the order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a faulty item this will need to be inspected before any shipping cost is refunded. You will need to retain proof of postage with the amount stated clearly on the receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping an item back for exchange/store credit you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
