Cut off time: orders are shipped MONDAY-FRIDAY. No orders are posted over weekends or bank holidays.

Processing time: we will always aim to process & ship your order the same day however please bare in mind this may take up to 48 working hours to dispatch.

Shipping time: once your order has been shipped the shipping time will come into effect. Please bare in mind that working days do not include the weekend or bank holidays.
